I have mentioned it on the forum in the past...but I am going to mention it again because I believe so strongly in it. Everyone should be on it. Karl and I have been on it for two years now and we have noted some amazing benefits, the biggest one being my "quick" recovery from my knee injury. The doctors said it would be at least 8-9 months before I was back on the mat-I was back in 5!
