Okay, just throwing this out there as an idea but if everyone is in the up for a change of venue/activities for the year party here is an idea. We could do the party at my apartment communities clubhouse/pool area. We would have access to the clubhouse, with several flat screen TV's, pool table, kitchen area w/ fridge, salt water pool and outside grill/patio area to burn some meat. Unfortunately, there aren't any volleyball facilities but if someone has a corn hole game or something along those lines you would be welcome to bring it out.

It would entail a bit of a drive for some of you, considering it is just outside of the uptown area, but it really is a nice spot to chill and it would be 100% free of charge. The address is as follows:

If this is something you guys/gals are down for let me know, lets get a date together so I can let the property manager know when the FTW invasion will be. They are very willing to accommodate us.

I'm down. The first year was awesome. The drunken grappling, the sobriety tests, nearly fighting with mgmt at the bar ... then the next year we were all domesticated with a family bqq. Time we turn it up a notch.

The dates I have open for this are June 26th, or July 3rd or 17th.

The 17th is really the only date that works for me. I'll be out of town on the 26th and there is no way I will be able to get out of work over the July 4th weekend. They push the big red button for that weekend in the uptown area and no one is allowed off.

Jeez this thread has gone off the charts....

So after hearing about how there were 23 different potato salads at last year's party, it'd probably help to keep track of who's bringing what as far as sides and desserts go. I'll be bringing mini-tuna sandwich things, hors' dourves (sp?) style.
