This is coming up in just a couple more weeks or so. We need to get a sign up sheet together so we know who is bringing what.

I will have plates, utensils, plastic cups and napkins on hand.

The pool area is fairly well shaded and the water will get chilly by about 5-6pm so if you want to take a dip in the pool plan on showing up no later than about 3:30-4pm.

I have the clubhouse reserved at 6pm and the media room (for the UFC 2010 tourney) reserved for 9pm, but I may swing by and bump that up to 8pm. Depends on how late you derelicts what to stay out.

Bryan, according to the very detailed post about folks can start to arrive as early as 3, weather permitting for pool activities. The clubhouse is reserved for 6pm and the media room is reserved for 9pm.

I'm more than likely going to do up some wings with a very special sauce for my FTW brethren.

Thanks Steve. I was just getting ready to ask if anyone had it. I hope it had plenty of embarrassing photos on it for you to rib me about. I don't remember a thing after about 6:30pm. And yes, I am now labeled as "That Guy". Freakin' sweet.

Haha that berry gasoline was killer man. Given the continuous growth of the team we should probably get a gallon for next year.
