Trying to get an early jump on this, anybody interested in coming in after 5-6pm to drill out some takedowns/techniques and do some rolling as usual? Holla!!

Count me in, I was hoping to get in there tonite but it looks like work has other plans for me.
Great session last night btw. Ellison was kind enough to teach us a few things, like how to take a beating gracefully.  |
